School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Anoka, Minnesota

This long-term substitute position focuses on early childhood special education, supporting a caseload of children ages 3-5 during a 12-week assignment. Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience with early childhood and/or school-based caseloads preferred
• Familiarity with ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) populations
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide current resume highlighting relevant experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services for children ages 3-5
• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Engage in team meetings and case consultations as needed
• Maintain flexible and adaptive approaches to meet dynamic student needs
