Make a difference in the lives of K-8 students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant on a rewarding contract assignment for the upcoming school year. Key Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota SLP or SLPA license required
  • Open to SLPs with CCC, pediatric experience, school-based backgrounds, or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience with K-8 students strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 40 students across various speech-language needs
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students, adapting approach to individual needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in coordination with educational teams
  • Conduct assessments, create engaging therapy activities, and track student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with state and district requirements

Assignment Details and Benefits:
