This rewarding contract role allows School Speech Language Pathologists to deliver high-quality therapy services to a diverse group of students, working in collaboration with educators and families. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current, active Minnesota SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Background in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their goals
  • Collaborative mindset for working closely with teachers, staff, and caregivers

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for K-8 students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
  • Deliver direct therapy services and provide consultation within general education and special education settings
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation in line with district procedures and compliance standards
  • Serve as an advocate and liaison, engaging parents and educators to support student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
