Step into an impactful role supporting students’ communication development at a dynamic educational setting near Eden Prairie, MN. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll play an essential part in fostering growth and confidence in students at both Richfield High School and a secondary education center. This contract position offers a 1.0 FTE workload, with your time divided between two sites—approximately 60% at the high school and 40% at the secondary education center. You’ll work with a caseload of 55 students, providing both direct services and consultative support.

Preferred candidates hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), but those in their Clinical Fellowship (CF) year are encouraged to apply and will be supported as they build experience. Candidates with skills in teletherapy or blended in-person/remote service delivery will thrive.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Minnesota SLP licensure (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs welcome
  • Experience with school-aged caseloads and IEP development
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is advantageous
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language services according to student IEPs
  • Conduct evaluations, interpret data, and develop individualized goals
  • Partner with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with all guidelines
  • Adapt service delivery to onsite and teletherapy settings as needed
