Step into an impactful role supporting student success as a dedicated School Psychologist for the upcoming school year. This full-time, onsite position offers 35 hours per week, focusing exclusively on conducting evaluations—no counseling services required. You'll provide comprehensive psycho-educational assessments, working collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to champion the individual needs and educational goals of students.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or license (as required by state guidelines)
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in psycho-educational and behavioral evaluations
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to timely documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer all required student evaluations, including cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments
  • Compile and interpret data to inform eligibility decisions and create individualized recommendations
  • Participate in eligibility, IEP, and parent meetings as an expert resource
  • Maintain thorough and accurate assessment records in compliance with school and state standards
  • Consult with educators and families to support appropriate interventions based on evaluation findings
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and guardians by delivering clear and compassionate communication
