School Speech Language Pathologist - Grand Prairie, Texas
Job Description

This contract opportunity, available immediately through the end of May 2027, is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about working with diverse student populations in elementary and some middle school environments.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Texas SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in school-based settings, including evaluation and case management
- Ability to provide services to both monolingual and bilingual students
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and participate in IEP meetings
- Manage a caseload focused on assessments, case management, and some direct therapy as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in accordance with established guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports
- Adapt interventions to meet the needs of both elementary and middle school students
This is a full-time onsite position, working 37.5 hours per week, offering exposure to a dynamic, supportive educational environment. You’ll have the chance to focus primarily on evaluations and case management, working with both monolingual and bilingual students, and contribute to a collaborative and professional school community.
