Job Description
Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in a dynamic K-8 school environment near Saint Paul, MN! Bring your expertise to an inclusive setting, collaborating with educators and families to support a diverse caseload of approximately 35 students. This full-time contract runs from September 2, 2026, to June 4, 2027, offering the chance to work with a variety of communication needs across a broad range of disabilities.
What You'll Bring:
- Valid Minnesota SLP Department of Education certification
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably across K-8
- Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
- Ability to individualize therapy based on student goals
- Flexibility and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and ongoing assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
- Maintain documentation as required by state and district guidelines
- Address a wide variety of speech and language disorders
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for learners
