Key Qualifications:

  • Current Minnesota SLP license (must be submitted with your resume)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience or strong interest in supporting early childhood (ages 3-5)
  • Familiarity with school-based practices and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Previous experience with ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) caseloads preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring for children ages 3-5
  • Address receptive and expressive language needs, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic language skills
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, teachers, and staff
  • Keep accurate records and participate in meetings as needed
  • Support a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging early childhood educational environment
