Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop tailored intervention plans targeting fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of treatment sessions, progress reports, and assessment outcomes
• Offer consultation and resources to educational staff and caregivers to facilitate student success within the classroom environment
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of preschool-aged children and students with developmental disabilities

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in Arizona
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
• Specialized skills or background in developmental disabilities is highly valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork and family engagement

Position Highlights:
