Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist Licensure for Illinois
• Previous experience working with children in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide high-quality evaluations and student-centered interventions
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in grades K-8
• Participate as a valued member of building-level teams for initial and re-evaluations for special education eligibility
• Support and implement MTSS and IEP processes
• Work collaboratively with educators and staff to ensure students are successful in multiple environments and skills generalize across settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state standards
• Communicate progress and recommendations to families, teachers, and related professionals
