Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting middle school students as an Occupational Therapist for the upcoming school year. This on-site, contract role places you within a collaborative environment, working alongside a dedicated team of eight OT professionals to positively impact student growth and learning.

Key Details:

• Contract dates: August 24, 2026 – June 3, 2027
• On-site at two middle school locations
• Full-time hours preferred (7:45am–3:15pm, Monday–Friday, aligned with the school schedule)
• Alternatively, two part-time professionals may be considered

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for school settings
• Experience providing OT services within a school environment (preferred)
• Strong evaluation and documentation skills, including initial and re-evaluations
• Familiarity with IEPs, MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports), and special education eligibility processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfortable consulting with multidisciplinary teams and supporting educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluations to determine or re-assess special education eligibility
• Participate in middle school building-level teams to support student intervention and goal development
• Provide direct IEP, MTSS, and consultative OT services for students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote skills generalization across environments
• Document services in accordance with district procedures
