Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized OT programs for elementary or high school students

• Participate in IEP meetings, provide assessments, and contribute to interdisciplinary team planning
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports as required
• Engage in consultation with teachers and parents regarding accommodations and classroom modifications
• Provide teletherapy services as needed to ensure continuity of care
