School Psychologist - Wilmington, Delaware

Embark on a rewarding contract assignment supporting high school students as a dedicated school psychologist. This full-time, in-person position runs from August 24, 2026, through June 16, 2027, offering an essential opportunity to make a deep impact in a school-based setting. You’ll work onsite five days per week, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Delaware School Psychologist license (required; must submit with application)
• Prior experience in school-based settings, preferably working with high school students
• Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and writing detailed reports
• Strong communication skills and experience contributing to IEP meetings
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Reliable transportation for daily in-person attendance
• Willingness to complete necessary fingerprinting within the first days of employment

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and provide clear, actionable reports
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and document student progress
• Consult closely with educators, administrators, and families to design and implement student-centered support plans
• Provide crisis intervention, individual, and group counseling as needed
• Maintain up-to-date, confidential records in compliance with school and state standards
