Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license, with eligibility to practice in the state
• Background in school-based therapy preferred
• Comfort and competence using teletherapy platforms alongside in-person services
• Knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs for a wide range of student needs
• Strong organizational and communication skills with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Recent graduates with relevant pediatric or academic fieldwork encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct OT assessments to determine students’ functional abilities within the academic setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services onsite and via teletherapy
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student success
• Track progress and adjust interventions as needed to promote skill development and independence
• Maintain thorough documentation of services and communication per district requirements
