Embark on a contract opportunity where your expertise as an Occupational Therapist can make a significant difference in the lives of elementary and high school students. Located near Grove City, OH, this position offers a structured work schedule and a supportive environment to help students achieve success.

You’ll work with diverse age groups from elementary to high school, tailoring interventions to each student’s needs while ensuring caseloads meet operating standards. Your role will support educational access and student independence, fostering growth and self-confidence throughout the school year.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active State of Ohio Occupational Therapist licensure
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, though not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with families

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across elementary and high school grades
  • Assess students, develop individualized intervention plans, and document progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop strategies supporting student participation in academic activities
  • Maintain appropriate records and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Attend team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and offer ongoing recommendations for student success
