Physical Therapist - School Setting in Haverhill, MA

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite physical therapy interventions tailored to students’ IEP goals
• Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress effectively
• Collaborate with teachers and allied professionals for comprehensive student care
• Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and school-based planning sessions
• Provide education and resources to school staff and families as needed
