Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with ability to work in a school setting
  • Experience or strong interest in supporting K-12 students
  • Knowledge of current PT best practices relevant to an educational environment
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Flexible, collaborative approach with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct physical therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students as specified by IEP/504 plans
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment interventions
  • Collaborate proactively with multidisciplinary teams during monthly meetings, roundtables, and through real-time access to colleagues on an interactive intranet platform
  • Participate in annual performance reviews, ongoing process improvement initiatives, and regular check-ins with your supervisor
  • Utilize readily available equipment and testing materials
