Physical Therapist - School Setting in Rochelle, IL

Exciting opportunities are available for dedicated physical therapists seeking a rewarding role supporting K-12 students in a vibrant, collaborative school environment. This onsite, full-time contract position begins as soon as possible and extends through May 20, 2027, offering 37.5 hours each week to make a strong impact in the lives of students.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to engage in professional growth
• School-based PT experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to diverse K-12th grade student populations
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participating in monthly meetings and roundtable discussions
• Maintain accurate records and participate in annual performance reviews
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help promote best practices
• Stay current with school-based service delivery by accessing professional development courses
