Physical Therapist - School Setting in Arlington, TX

We are seeking a talented professional to provide quality PT services on a full-time contract basis (36 hours per week) throughout the school year. You will work with a manageable caseload of 37 students, delivering a mix of consult and direct therapy services. Your role encompasses performing evaluations, maintaining accurate and timely reports, consulting with staff and families, and delivering impactful therapy that helps students achieve their goals. Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license (required for PTs; if interested in PTA/PT split, please highlight in your application)
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy to a wide age and ability range (K-12)
• Motivated, flexible, and ready to work in partnership with interdisciplinary teams

• Conduct assessments and write thorough evaluation reports
• Deliver individualized and group therapy, both direct and consultative
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for students’ goals
