Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Physical Therapist for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. This engaging school-based position allows you to make a direct impact in students’ lives by delivering exceptional therapeutic services on-site.

You’ll work in a per diem capacity, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address a wide range of physical and motor needs, helping students achieve success throughout their school day. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, active Physical Therapy (PT) license required.
  • Previous experience serving pediatric or school-aged populations preferred.
  • Familiarity with a range of diagnoses and interventions relevant to K-12 students.
  • Collaborative approach, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work on-site with flexibility in scheduling, providing per diem coverage as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and track progress on student goals.
  • Engage with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student growth.
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation, reporting, and school policies.
  • Adapt interventions to meet the diverse and evolving needs of students across different grade levels.
