School-Based Physical Therapist - Peabody, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license in good standing
• Willingness to obtain additional Massachusetts educational certifications, if required
• Previous experience in a school-based Physical Therapy setting preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with individual education plans.
• Evaluate and document student progress, making data-driven recommendations for continued success.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines.
• Participate in meetings and team discussions to support the best outcomes for students.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and district protocols.
