Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts School Psychologist license required
- Previous experience working in schools preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of psychoeducational assessments and interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload, supporting both individual students and groups across the K–12 spectrum
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive school environments
- Familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for educational planning
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement appropriate interventions
- Provide direct counseling services to students as needed
- Participate in special education eligibility determinations and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
- Support the school’s efforts in fostering social, emotional, and behavioral growth
- Serve as an expert resource to staff regarding student mental health and educational strategies
