Key Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts School Psychologist license required
  • Previous experience working in schools preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of psychoeducational assessments and interventions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload, supporting both individual students and groups across the K–12 spectrum
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive school environments
  • Familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for educational planning
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement appropriate interventions
  • Provide direct counseling services to students as needed
  • Participate in special education eligibility determinations and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
  • Support the school’s efforts in fostering social, emotional, and behavioral growth
  • Serve as an expert resource to staff regarding student mental health and educational strategies
