Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations highly desired
- Comfortable providing therapy to students across various grade levels, K-12
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Commitment to onsite work; remote or VOCO options are not available
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct PT interventions tailored to individual student needs according to IEP goals
- Conduct assessments to develop and update documentation and treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely records and report student progress as required
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering insight and expertise for best student support
- Travel between classrooms or designated locations within the school as needed
