Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA CCC or eligibility (open to strong CFs; onsite supervision provided)
• Licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in New York State
• Experience with ASD, severe multiple disabilities, or behavioral support preferred, but not required
• Compassion, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to students in 12:1:3 and 8:1:1 programs
• Address communication, language, and behavioral support needs
• Contribute to IEP development and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Document therapy progress and maintain compliance with regulations
