Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Previous experience working in schools, pediatrics, or related settings preferred
- Proven ability to conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and school teams
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with educational staff
- Deliver therapy services targeting a broad range of communication disorders
- Track student progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and district requirements
- Consult with teachers and parents to support students’ inclusion and academic growth
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a collaborative, supportive school environment
