Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Previous experience working in schools, pediatrics, or related settings preferred
• Proven ability to conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and school teams
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with educational staff
• Deliver therapy services targeting a broad range of communication disorders
• Track student progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and district requirements
• Consult with teachers and parents to support students’ inclusion and academic growth
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a collaborative, supportive school environment
