Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline
  • Active New York State SLP license and NY Education Certification
  • Satisfy any additional district or state requirements
  • Experience in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite speech-language therapy to a caseload of up to 40 sessions per week (30 minutes each session)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to develop and implement IEPs
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with state/district guidelines
  • Utilize a variety of therapy approaches tailored to student needs
