School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Hamburg, New York

Key Qualifications:

• Current license in Speech-Language Pathology, valid in New York State
• New York Education Certification required
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with developing IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy for a caseload of up to 40 sessions per week (30 minutes each)
• Conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with district standards
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, families, and other related service providers
• Participate in meetings as needed to support student IEP goals and multidisciplinary planning
