Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience teaching or supporting students with Multiple Disabilities (MD) in a K-2 setting
• Strong knowledge of curriculum modification and individualized instruction
• Ability to implement structured routines and behavior management practices
• Compassionate approach toward students and a commitment to their academic and personal growth
• Excellent organization and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction to K-2 students with Multiple Disabilities
• Implement and adapt lesson plans according to student IEPs and learning goals

• Maintain close communication with support staff, parents, and administrators
• Monitor student progress and update documentation as needed
