Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (required)
• Previous experience as a special education teacher preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with both in-person and remote/virtual teaching platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
• Deliver engaging lessons that accommodate a variety of learning styles and ability levels
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Track and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to promote growth
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and advocacy for students with varying abilities
