Step into a rewarding role providing essential occupational therapy services to students across the Denver area. This full-time, onsite contract position is ideal for Occupational Therapists with experience in school-based settings and a commitment to supporting learners from kindergarten through high school.

Your work will focus on leave coverage, so adaptability and a collaborative spirit are vital as you'll be engaging with various schools and age groups as assigned. You’ll make a positive impact within a dynamic educational environment, delivering high-quality therapy services and partnering with a multidisciplinary team to ensure every student’s potential is fostered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Colorado Department of Education certification for Occupational Therapists, authorized to work with students from birth through age 21.
  • Prior experience providing occupational therapy in a K-12 school setting strongly preferred.
  • Ability to complete all required background check documentation promptly upon offer.
  • Skilled in adapting interventions to meet the diverse needs of students at different educational stages.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students in accordance with each student’s IEP or 504 plan.
  • Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to develop strategies and support plans for students.
  • Conduct assessments, maintain clear documentation, and share progress updates with families and the school team.
  • Manage a dynamic caseload, with school assignments determined by district needs.
