Occupational Therapist School Setting in Kenosha, WI

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience delivering OT services in schools, early childhood programs, or home health environments
• Strong ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with the needs of early childhood and elementary student populations
• Capable of working across multiple locations efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students in early childhood and elementary schools in alignment with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development and revision of IEPs
• Consult with educators and families to integrate OT strategies into the classroom and home
• Maintain current and accurate documentation of interventions, outcomes, and progress
• Participate in team meetings, providing expertise on student needs and progress
• Travel between two school sites as part of your regular schedule
