Step into a rewarding full-time contract role as an Occupational Therapist supporting early childhood and elementary students across two school sites. Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience delivering OT services in schools, early childhood programs, or home health environments
- Strong ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with the needs of early childhood and elementary student populations
- Capable of working across multiple locations efficiently
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students in early childhood and elementary schools in alignment with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the development and revision of IEPs
- Consult with educators and families to integrate OT strategies into the classroom and home
- Maintain current and accurate documentation of interventions, outcomes, and progress
- Participate in team meetings, providing expertise on student needs and progress
- Travel between two school sites as part of your regular schedule
