Qualifications and Skills:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Michigan
- Experience providing OT services within a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver direct occupational therapy services to a dedicated caseload of approximately 25 elementary students
- Design individualized treatment plans that address educational and developmental goals
- Consult regularly with school staff to adapt classroom activities and environments for student success
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to holistic student support plans
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines
