Occupational Therapist School Setting in Milwaukee, WI

What You’ll Bring:

• Active OT licensure and credentials
• Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged students
• Previous school-based OT and/or pediatric home health background
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Adaptability and confidence working across multiple sites
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to start as soon as possible for a full-time schedule

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services onsite
• Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions for a diverse caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student goals
• Document services and progress in compliance with school standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Travel between two assigned school locations near Milwaukee, WI
• Contribute to a positive, nurturing environment that supports student development
