Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Dedication to student-centered, ethical practice
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade
- Deliver evidence-based OT interventions targeting educational performance, access, and participation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain timely progress notes and documentation as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and promote optimal student outcomes in the school environment
