Occupational Therapist School Setting in Fishers, IN

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions targeting educational performance, access, and participation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain timely progress notes and documentation as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and promote optimal student outcomes in the school environment
