Located just outside vibrant Saint Paul, MN, this position places you in the welcoming community of White Bear Lake. Working approximately three days per week in a K–8 charter school allows you to shape the communication skills of students at critical stages of development—all while enjoying plentiful downtime for personal adventures, exploration, and self-care.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
  • Comfort providing therapy across K–8 grade levels
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services to elementary and middle school students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to student success
