School Psychologist in Saint Paul, MN

Embark on a meaningful contract position as a School Psychologist serving multiple elementary and middle schools near Saint Paul, MN. This on-site role offers the rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students by supporting their academic, social, and emotional development through your specialized expertise. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and will continue through May 28, 2027, working 37.5 hours each week.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or a closely related field.
• Valid Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) Tier 3 or Tier 4 license in School Psychology.
• Experience working within elementary and/or middle school settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, families, and administrators.
• Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting assessment results.
• Developing and implementing individualized intervention strategies for students.
• Providing consultation and support to teachers and staff with academic and behavioral interventions.
• Leading or participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
• Delivering counseling and mental health services in both individual and group formats as needed.
• Maintaining thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Engaging with parents and families to promote student well-being and academic success.
