Make a positive impact on students’ communication skills by providing essential speech and language services in a school-based setting near Minneapolis, MN. This contract opportunity offers both full-time and part-time schedules, serving K-8 students within a supportive and collaborative educational environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Minnesota
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Experience with school-aged and pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to a diverse caseload of K-8 students
  • Document progress, maintain records, and track outcomes in accordance with school requirements
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student success in the classroom and beyond
  • Provide resources and training to educators and families on communication strategies
