Requirements:
- Valid Minnesota SLP license and SLP DOE certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous school-based SLP experience highly valued
- Dedication to serving diverse populations of students
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel
- Solid communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to a K-8 student caseload
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with a broad range of disabilities
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district policy
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school community
