Discover an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive educational environment near Cicero, NY. Full-time and part-time contract positions are both available, offering flexibility to fit your lifestyle and professional goals. Candidates with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply, and consideration for Clinical Fellows (CF) is pending confirmation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered upon confirmation
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a school setting is an advantage but not required
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students’ academic and social success
  • Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and provide ongoing support to students and staff
  • Foster an inclusive and encouraging environment that promotes student growth and achievement
