Make a real impact in the lives of students in a welcoming K-12 environment located near New Haven, CT. This contract opportunity is perfect for dedicated School Psychologists who are ready to provide essential support and guidance to students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Multiple full-time positions are available, with engaging and diverse caseloads of approximately 50 students each.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

Qualifications & Credentials:

  • Connecticut School Psychologist Certification – Endorsement #070 (or eligibility through CSDE)
  • Graduate degree or completion of a qualifying program in School Psychology, including all required coursework and supervised internship/fieldwork
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret assessment data to help determine students’ educational needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective interventions and strategies
  • Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention to support student mental health and academic achievement
  • Participate as an integral member of multidisciplinary teams to ensure personalized support for diverse learners
  • Serve as an advocate for the well-being of all students across your assigned building(s)
