Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Occupational Therapist with experience supporting school-aged children! This contract position will allow you to make a meaningful impact across two schools, guiding students to develop valuable skills that support their academic and social success.

You will work onsite in a dynamic educational environment from August 17, 2026, through May 21, 2027, managing a caseload of 50 students—25 at each school location. The role is a full-time commitment structured at 0.5 FTE, totaling 37.5 hours per week (35 hours paid, with 2.5 hours allocated for unpaid lunches).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license required
  • Minimum one year of classroom experience working as an OT
  • Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a CDE license (candidates cannot sign TEE)
  • Ability to provide a copy of CDE license or COOL with application; applications without these will not be considered
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Passion for delivering high-quality OT support that fosters student independence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and deliver therapy sessions for a diverse caseload of 50 students
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate OT goals within the classroom environment
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation of progress and services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
  • Advocate for inclusive, goal-focused therapy within the school setting
