Key Qualifications:

• Valid CI (Cognitive Impairment) certification is required
• Experience with students who have autism spectrum disorders is highly desirable
• Background in managing individualized education plans and adapting instruction
• Knowledge in behavioral interventions and mental health support for school-aged children
• Ability to engage with diverse educational professionals and families as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice in special education

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized instruction and behavioral support to an elementary student with complex needs
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to design and implement effective educational strategies
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as necessary for optimal growth
