• Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment
• Track student progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings with families and colleagues
• Utilize positive behavioral supports and evidence-based instructional strategies
• Communicate regularly with families to foster strong school-home partnerships

Your Background and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
