Discover an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact as a Speech Language Pathologist in a supportive school environment near Roscoe, IL. This full-time, contract position spans the entire academic year, running from early August orientation through late May, and offers multiple openings for motivated professionals seeking to provide high-quality speech and language services to elementary or early childhood students.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Illinois license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois, or eligibility to obtain one
  • CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome to apply
  • Experience in school settings is valued, though enthusiastic new graduates will be considered
  • Commitment to fostering communication and academic growth in young learners
  • Strong collaboration and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve a full-time caseload (37.5 hours per week) in a supportive school setting
  • Address a range of speech and language needs for elementary or early childhood students
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring aligned with best practices
  • Participate in orientation (starting 8/3) with instructional days beginning 8/11 and concluding 5/28/27
