School Psychologist | Inman, South Carolina

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in elementary school settings preferred
• Strong ability to conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, families, and students
• Proficient in developing and monitoring IEPs and other intervention plans
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local policies related to special education
• Capacity to work both independently and as a valued team member

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Develop and implement recommendations for interventions and supports
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on student assessments and services
• Offer consultation, counseling, and guidance to students, staff, and families
• Support a positive, inclusive learning environment by promoting healthy social-emotional development
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support at-risk students
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines
