Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology (required)
- At least two years as a school psychologist intern or equivalent experience
- State certification as a School Psychologist
- Strong communication, assessment, and counseling skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals
- Competence in technology and office equipment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral evaluations for students
- Provide individual and group mental health counseling
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings, contribute to IEPs and crisis interventions
- Deliver in-service education to staff and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in Medicaid reimbursement processes
