Make a meaningful impact on students’ lives by providing speech-language pathology services in a dynamic, supportive school environment near Denver, CO. This contract opportunity is perfect for skilled professionals eager to contribute their expertise over a full academic year. You’ll join a dedicated educational team focused on fostering communication and language development in children.

This is an onsite-only position, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through late May 2027. You’ll work full-time, approximately 35 hours each week, supporting a mild to moderate caseload (exact details and school assignments to be determined). Bring your passion and qualifications—your role will be crucial in helping students overcome barriers to communication so they can thrive academically and personally.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and active Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification
  • Active Colorado SLP license, or credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist (ages birth through 21)
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a school-based caseload
  • Commitment to completing a background check as part of onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication and language challenges
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers and families
  • Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date student records
  • Offer guidance and support to school staff regarding speech and language issues
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
