School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Denver, Colorado

This Colorado Springs-based contract role is ideal for a dedicated Speech Therapist ready to put their CCC and Colorado SLP credentials to great use, working with a manageable caseload and supportive colleagues.

You’ll engage with a diverse group of students, using your skills to help them reach their full potential. With set hours over five days per week and an established caseload, you’ll have the structure you need, plus the variety that makes each day rewarding.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Colorado SLP license
• CCC-SLP certification required
• Previous school-based experience preferred, especially in K-8 settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and administrators

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders across K-8 grades
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet each student’s goals
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, maintaining up-to-date documentation
• Consult with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy within the classroom setting
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports student growth
