Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure
• Experience delivering therapy in school-based or pediatric settings
• Skilled in assessing and supporting fine and gross motor skill development
• Well-versed in teletherapy practices and comfortable with digital platforms
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Adaptable, organized, and reliable—especially in a substitute capacity

Your Role Will Include:

• Evaluating and implementing intervention plans for students needing fine and gross motor support
• Delivering direct and consultative OT services (in-person and teletherapy)
• Monitoring progress, adjusting strategies, and maintaining thorough documentation
• Working closely with teachers, families, and special education professionals to promote student success
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing OT expertise to integrated support plans
