Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) Tier 3 or Tier 4 license in School Psychology.
- Experience working in an educational setting, ideally across multiple school sites and with various age groups.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assess student needs and develop interventions to foster success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify student strengths and needs.
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans in partnership with teachers, families, and other specialists.
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding mental health, learning, and behavioral supports.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies.
- Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
